Whistleblower Channel

Last updated: November 15, 2023

SBS is committed to providing a safe environment for our employees to speak up if they witness misconduct. If employees or business partners see or suspect behaviour that violates the Code, we depend on them to report it to Legality Whistleblowing, the SBS whistleblower system. Even if they are not sure or do not have all of the evidence, we encourage them to share as much information as they have with Legality Whistleblowing.

Reports can be made anonymously and all cases are kept confidential, whether names are provided or not. All reports are reviewed by Brembo Group, Global Function Intern Audit - Autonomous Department, by employees specially trained to handle Whistleblower reports. SBS has zero tolerance for retaliation taken against whistleblowers and witnesses.

The SBS Whistleblower platform is made in compliance with EU Directive 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and Danish Law no. 1436 of June 29th 2021.
